For over 25 years, I’ve developed business strategies for health science enterprises, guiding major hospital systems, academic medical centers, and universities. I focus on economic sustainability through growth, strategic planning, governance, partnerships, affiliations, and mergers. I’ve held executive roles in non-profit and for-profit health systems and leading academic institutions.

As a medical economics expert with over a decade in health sciences and payor analytics, I translate data into actionable insights that drive sustainable operating models and improved business economics and operations. My passion lies in developing high-quality reporting tools that empower executive decision-making and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Transitioning from architecture to data science, I bring a unique perspective to leveraging data for informed design decisions. My project experience spans healthcare, education, and civic sectors, where I automate the integration of large and diverse data sets to enhance project outcomes.

As an Assistant Professor in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, I bridge clinical needs with design to enhance patient safety. I’m dedicated to optimizing care delivery by ensuring design alignment with clinical operations. I also have extensive experience in safety-focused simulation, which can be applied to design evaluation, process improvement, and new facility activation and transition.

With experience in ICU nursing, strategic planning, and quality and regulatory roles, I focus on integrating evidence-based medicine with design to enhance healthcare clinical, research, and learning environments. I developed an integrated Post Occupancy Evaluation process to maintain design guidelines throughout the project lifecycle, ultimately improving workflow, safety, and training outcomes.
